What Will You Be Doing?
As one of our Training Coordinators, you will oversee the effective execution of training programs for our production line workers and help ensure that production runs smoothly and safely. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a continuous improvement in culture and making sure our workforce is equipped to meet production and safety standards.
- Supervising and developing production line workers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Leading production start-up meetings and effectively communicating daily goals and performance.
- Conducting and assisting in training programs to ensure that all associates reach necessary skill levels.
- Providing timely feedback to employees based on quality performance and productivity standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Maintaining production records, reports, and tracking performance.
- Reporting any safety hazards, equipment failures, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Leading by example, ensuring all safety protocols, including PPE and lock-out/tag-out procedures, are followed.
Who We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment (3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of quality control, workflow processes, and workforce management.
- Experience with safety programs and process development.
- Completed Hazwoper and Smoke School Training.
- Active participation in the company’s Chlorine Response Team is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask effectively.

Requirements:Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven supervisory or lead role experience within a manufacturing environment (3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of quality control, workflow processes, and workforce management.
- Demonstrated experience with safety programs and process development.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify problems, determine root causes, and develop appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards in manufacturing.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heavy equipment and machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required by production needs.
- Ability to work in various temperature environments as needed in manufacturing settings.
Salary : $20
