As a pivotal member of our account management team, you will play a critical role in nurturing client relationships, ensuring their utmost satisfaction, and solidifying their loyalty to our brand. Within this position, you'll oversee a portfolio of clients, dealing with heightened complexity in areas such as compliance, finance, and marketing. You will assume control of daily interactions, becoming the primary point of contact for exceptional service. Your role goes beyond basic management; you will serve as the cornerstone of our commitment to delivering outstanding service, collaborating seamlessly with diverse operational teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain client and carrier relationships.
- Manage a book of business with a Senior Consultant.
- Manage renewal/marketing process with a Senior Consultant including review of vendor/carrier services, gather and prepare information, execute vendor/carrier implementations and terminations, and manage open enrollment preparations.
- Manage daily client requests and agency management software.
- Prepare and facilitate client meetings including agendas, communication materials, coordination of resources, etc.
- Gather claims and financial data for applicable clients.
- Effectively delegate within the service team and provide the initial peer review.
- Proactive and continuous education of market trends, compliance and regulations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
- Work a full-time 'hybrid' schedule with 3 to 4 days per week on-site.
Education and/or Experience:
- Life & Health Insurance license is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in a related field of study.
- 3-5 years' experience consulting on employee benefit programs is required.
- Expertise in medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability and other ancillary benefits is required.
- Experience in employee benefit service for clients up to 1,000 lives is preferred.
- Knowledge of self-funding, consortiums and captives is preferred.

- Project management, analytical and consulting skills.
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet projected deadlines.
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements.
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information.
- Ability to attend company, department and team meetings including industry training sessions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and exercise independent judgement.
- Strong time management skills.

The base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 – $80,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
