ORGANIZATION : Center for Reproductive Rights
LOCATION : New York City, Financial District- Hybrid (3-days week / in office)
POSITION TITLE : Chief Finance Officer
DURATION : Full Time
SALARY : $325,000- $350,000 / annual
Is This Your Dream Job? The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the Center's financial health and sustainability. This role will oversee financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, general accounting, grant compliance and reporting, and adherence to regulatory and donor requirements as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The CFO provides counsel and support to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's mission and goals. The CFO reports to the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer (CSOO)
The CFO will join the Center during a season of expansion, growth, and opportunity, as they embark upon their new strategic plan, and endeavor to protect reproductive rights around the world.
Our Ideal Candidate :
- 10 years as a Senior Leader overseeing organizations with multiple locations and international operations, managing diverse revenue streams- Required
- Expert in accounting processes with the ability to develop and drive strategic initiatives through an accounting perspective
- 5 years experience working with executive leaders and boards of directors
- Proven experience driving and managing organizational change
- Passion for protecting reproductive rights as fundamental human rights globally
- Degree in Accounting- Required
- CPA- Preferred
