Summary: This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Director of Wealth Management. The Wealth Management Coordinator will assist with the wealth management marketing process, prepare presentations and communication materials and assist team members with day-to-day client servicing. While in this role, the Wealth Management Coordinator should be developing relationships with clients and vendor contacts and working effectively and efficiently deliver wealth management services to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day to day administrative duties for existing client book
- Active and continuous support of Wealth Management Director and the Director of the Retirement Department
- Assist clients with servicing issues such as enrollment, rollovers and distributions
- Market client’s current retirement plans to vendors and coordinate responses for review by senior team members.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients by completing and properly file new client onboarding paperwork.
- Ensure all client files, paperwork and history is up complete, up to date and saved in accordance to the NFP Retirement filing system.
- Proactive client communication
- Additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
- Knowledge of Retirement products and services a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
