We are currently in search of a Development Associate for a Historical Society. This position is based in Greenwich, CT (you must reside in the State of New York). This is a Part-Time (30 hrs. / wk.), Hybrid, Temporary to Permanent opportunity. As a permanent employee, you will continue to work 30 hrs. / wk. with an annual salary of $40,000.

DURATION : Temp to Perm
PAY RATE : $23-25 / hr (as a temporary employee); Annual salary of $40,000 / yr. (as a permanent employee)
Is This Your Dream Job? The Development Associate will support all Development work of the Society under the direction of the Director of Development and in coordination with the Director of Marketing. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, with an anticipated salary of $40,000 / yr. at 30 hrs. / wk.
Our Ideal Candidate :
- Knowledge of Raiser's Edge or demonstrated ease with learning new technologies
- Excellent Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom communications and set-up
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to work independently but comfortable with working with a diversity of personalities and work styles
- Minimum 2 years CRM and fundraising experience
