This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 3-4 days a week.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will gain valuable insights into HR operations and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Help maintain HR records, databases, and employee files.
- Support team efforts with data clean up in preparation for future needs.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing reports and responding to HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Program runs from May 29 through August 8th.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
The base hourly range for this position is $18 – $22. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
