Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will gain valuable insights into HR operations and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Help maintain HR records, databases, and employee files
- Support team efforts with data clean up in preparation for future needs
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices
- Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing reports and responding to HR-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
- Program runs from May 29 through August 8th
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
