What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research Assistant, Full-time position at Careers?
The Research Assistant is responsible for a variety of research related activities outlined by the designated assigned research protocol(s). Duties may include: activities for subject recruitment; data form design, data collection, data entry, conducting protocol related measurements or interventions with research participants, safety monitoring and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
- Basic Life Support (CPR).
- Must have knowledge of medical terminology, reading and interpreting medical records
- Proficient with Windows based applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Requires self-motivation and initiative skills; excellent verbal/written communication skills; desktop computing and operation skills.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: 3901 University Blvd South, Jacksonville, FL 32216
Compensation: Experience, education and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
