This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.
Job Description
The Sales Assistant will report to ECU’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development and will assist in all matters related to ECU’s sales operation. This includes but is not limited to assisting on communication with clients, creating and maintaining reporting on active programs and new ones to come, account management, and assisting sales in any other form needed. Candidates for this position should demonstrate the willingness to learn the industry and drive to potentially develop into a Junior Sales Representative. This is an in office position only and candidates must be able to commute to ECU’s office on a daily basis, as needed.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assisting the sales team via communication with clients as needed.
- Creating and maintaining reporting for active and new programs with ECU.
- Various levels of account management.
- Tracking quoted opportunities and advising on competitiveness.
- Assisting sales with marketing materials.
- Constant collaboration with the sales team.
- Shadowing the sales team to get a better understanding of the industry as a whole.

The base salary range for this position is $43,000 – $63,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
