Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist (Bilingual)
Location: Medley, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Specialist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to manage collections and ensure smooth cash flow operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Process and apply payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing support and follow-up to ensure collections are completed on time.
- Generate reports to track receivables and present data to management as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience specializing in accounts receivables and collections.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
