About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join a fast-paced, globally recognized fragrance manufacturer. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to support a growing workforce.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
- Process and maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and reporting.
- Serve as a key liaison for employees, providing support on HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR best practices and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – Spanish & English required (verbal and written).
- 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and payroll processes.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
