What You’ll Do :
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end users for workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other company-issued equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, networks, and peripheral devices.
- Act as the initial point of contact for all internal and external customer IT support needs.
- Perform system upgrades, installations, and preventative maintenance to optimize IT performance.
- Maintain records, logs, and reports of technical assistance provided.
- Assist in training employees on new software applications and best practices.
- Maintain network and data integrity by implementing security measures and system updates.
- Support the IT Manager with projects, troubleshooting, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT functions.
