IT Help Desk Technician I – Miami, FL (Downtown Dadeland Area)
An innovative medical device company specializing in cutting-edge orthopedic solutions is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Help Desk Technician I to join its dynamic team. This fully onsite role in Miami’s Downtown Dadeland area offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, supporting critical IT functions that keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do :
- Be the first line of defense for IT support, troubleshooting Windows 10 / 11, Office 365 apps, and network connectivity issues.
- Diagnose and repair PCs, laptops, printers, and endpoint devices, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Perform RAM and hard drive upgrades, as well as system builds and configurations.
- Oversee user access, security badge setup, and VOIP system administration.
- Support conference room AV setups and live troubleshooting during meetings.
- Manage IT asset inventory, track hardware, and document system updates.
- Install and configure security devices, including surveillance cameras and smart door maglocks.
- Assist with server maintenance, software imaging, and patch deployment.
- Coordinate hardware repairs and replacements with Dell services.
