Special Counsel – Virtual Office (Remote Opportunity)

About the Role
We are seeking Special Counsel with 7 years of experience in employment law to join our Virtual Office team. In this role, you will :
- Handle administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation, including cases covered by Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI).
- Develop case strategies, draft and review pleadings, conduct depositions, and represent clients at hearings, conferences, and trials.
- Oversee and mentor other attorneys, collaborating closely with partners and a team of paralegals in a supportive virtual environment.
- Work on a variety of employment-related matters, including single-plaintiff litigation, and potentially class actions and PAGA cases.
- Enjoy the flexibility of a remote-first role with occasional (mostly local) travel.
