We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of legal experience to join a dynamic team specializing in insurance defense . The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on workers' compensation cases and demonstrate the ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Represent clients in workers' compensation and insurance defense matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to develop case strategies.
Maintain compliance with court deadlines and ensure all legal processes are followed accurately.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing.
3-5 years of experience, preferably in insurance defense with a focus on workers' compensation.
Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
