Responsible for responding to employee inquires on all aspects of HR policy/program delivery as well as a primary link between the business area and Human Resources. Provides policy guidance in the following broad major functional areas: classification, pay/compensation, performance management, program implementation, hiring/staffing, employee relations, talent management and/or human resources information systems.
Essential Functions
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

PURPOSE:

Essential Functions
- Responds and resolves basic to moderate inquiries from employees and leaders; manages the process necessary to bring to resolution in a timely manner. Coach, advise and collaborate with leaders on implementing disciplinary actions, managing leave and disability procedures, and resolving disputes. Responsible for maintaining and processing necessary paperwork. i.e., corrective action., workforce analytics. Job Change Requests (JCR), job openings etc. within all HR systems/locations. Consults with HR Business Partner on complex matters.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets HR data for trends and provide observations/recommendations for HRBP review i.e. turnover, workforce representation goals, HR/Corporate goals. Reviews and gathers feedback continuously on how to improve HR processes, sharing with HRBP team members and leadership. Maintains in-depth knowledge of company-specific policies and practices.
- Provides policy guidance in the following broad major functional areas: classification, pay/compensation, performance management, program implementation, hiring/staffing, employee relations, talent management and/or human resources information systems.
- Works with client management and HR Business Partner to evaluate and maintain appropriate staffing.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs)
- Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, federal and state employment laws. Understanding of HR regulations and practices.
- Strong customer service, employee advocacy and de-escalation skills, acumen with systems, Microsoft Office Suite, data, and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively on teams and functional areas of the organization.
