Requirements:
The ability to provide in-home skilled nursing care as prescribed by the client’s physician(s).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including tube feeding and medication administration.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams and agency.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and document patient progress.
- Support patients with basic life support and critical care needs, fostering a compassionate environment.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
