What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-home skilled nurse professional (LPN/RN) position at CareFirst Home Care?
CareFirst is looking for a motivated RN or LPN to provide in-the-home care for a Technology Assisted client in Morgan County.
```Duties:```
- Provide direct care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and providing skilled nursing in the client's home.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Follow most current Care Plan and communicate with Nurse Manager to maintain Care Plan.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
```Qualifications:```
- Valid RN license in Alabama.
- Proven experience in providing patient care in various settings.
- Knowledgeable in critical care practices and able to respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Experience in tracheostomy care, home ventilator management, and feeding tube care is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with client, their family, office staff, and management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical capacity to fully assist in turns and repositioning.
