What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiology Scheduler position at CareFirst Imaging?

We work with referring physicians, including orthopedic surgeons, pain management and rehabilitation doctors, neurologists, neurosurgeons and chiropractors, as well as case managers, personal injury attorneys, sports teams and others interested in achieving the best in medical imaging; we also directly serve patients, who are their own best advocates.
Panama City Open MRI is currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated, customer service-oriented team player to work at our Pensacola facility.
As the patient scheduler you will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, liaise and coordinate with other schedulers about patient schedules, schedule appointments for patients, and be a support member to our other imaging sites.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to be flexible with hours and work schedule
- Minimum 1 year of front desk and scheduling experience in the health field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Working knowledge of google suite
- Bilingual- Not required but a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
