• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that showcase the benefits of membership and promote the club's unique features
• Build relationships with current and prospective members to understand their needs and preferences
• Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and improve satisfaction rates
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize membership programs
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or community engagement, preferably in a lifestyle or recreational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
