Position Overview
This role assists with new member onboarding, responds to customer inquiries via phone and in-person interactions, handles billing and payment processes, and provides exceptional customer service. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, problem-solving, and ensuring a smooth experience for members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Member Onboarding, including processing applications, scheduling orientations, and guiding new members through our policies and procedures.
- Respond to Customer Inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
- Handle Billing and Payment Processing, including managing invoices, processing payments, and addressing any billing-related questions from members.
- Support Membership Retention Efforts by proactively engaging with members, resolving concerns, and enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain Accurate Member Records in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Coordinate with Operations and Dock Staff to ensure smooth scheduling and member experiences.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks related to membership services, including reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, membership services, or administrative support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with members and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with CRM or membership management software is a plus.
- Ability to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for boating or the marine industry is a bonus but not required.
