Caregility is seeking a Full-Time Manager of Financial Information Systems. This role is Full-Time, Exempt (Salaried). The candidate can be remote. They must reside within the United States where Caregility is established and must be Authorized to work in the US without needing sponsorship. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The Manager of Financial Information Systems is the systems administrator for information management, implementation, and maintaining the data base. The primary operating system is IFS Cloud.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Manager of Financial Information Systems will the primary resource in Information Management (IM) department to support any additional IFS migration from 7.5 to the new IFS Cloud service including planning, migration of existing process, production support, requirement collection/development, feature enhancements, testing existing/new features, project management of enhancement projects, and report writing.
The Administrator, overall responsibilities generally include:
- Responsible for maintaining local infrastructure and devices.
- Coordinating software delivery.
- Attend training on IFS System Administration.
Implement and support IFS Administration functions including:
- Client deployment.
- User administration and security.
- Event Configuration.
- Print Server maintenance.
- Support reporting writing and querying tools.
- Ability to create/modify custom events, LU's and fields.
- Handle any interfacing with handhelds, 3rd party (non-IFS) applications.
- Manage and maintain IFS system after go-live.
- Support post-go live activities such as; troubleshooting enhancement request and implementations.
- Experience with PL/SQL and IFS Applications 9 or 10.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communications are essential. This position requires working independently to learn and support the latest IFS Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, its web based extensions, and customer portals, and various system to system interfaces to be developed.
- Strong domain knowledges in IFS Cloud ERP platform in some or all of the following domains: manufacturing process management, warehouse/logistics management, supply chain management, catalog management, project management, finance/accounting management, maintenance, HR, and EDI.
- Have multi-site, multi-currency, and intercompany process experiences to support globalized operations.
- Must have hands on experiences in IFS Cloud extensibility package to create/configure basic data, custom form/field/tab/page/trigger, and logical unit.
- Must be able to use SQL, PL/SQL, to develop IFS event triggers to configure IFSCloud to implement process flows and business rules. And report writing skills are required to query IFS Cloud database to analyze data in order to support the requirement analysis works, and issue resolutions.

Education & Qualifications

- Experience with IFS Application 9 or 10.
- Experience with IFS Cloud.
- 5 years of IFS hands on experience in Business Analyst and/or Technical Administrator roles.
- 3 years System Administration.
- BS Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, and /or Cyber Security.
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge and use of Integrify Software is a plus.
- Knowledge and use of Domo Software is a plus.
- Knowledge and use of Planful software is a plus.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
- Limited weekend and/or night work may be required.
- Must be willing to complete background checks and drug test.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
