New Jersey Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Manager Master Data Management. This role is critical to the success of our organization, as it involves managing NJR's MDM policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of data flows within Oracle ERP Cloud and between Oracle and periphery systems.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, functionality and underlying configurations, as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, they must possess concise written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversight of deployment and enforcement of standards and rules for data management within Oracle ERP Cloud and between Oracle and edge systems.
- Leadership of cross-functional discussions with key stakeholders to ensure changes to master data are being met within the guidelines of MDM policies and procedures, as well as accounting practices.
- Collaboration with stakeholders, including Digital Controllership cross-functional team (Finance and IT), to optimize Oracle functionality and related configurations, driving efficiencies and best practices.
- Troubleshooting, analysis and prioritization of issues related to data quality, accuracy, consistency and completeness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Information Systems
- 3 Year of Master Data Management experience
- 7 years of Accounting/Financial Systems experience
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, functionality and underlying configurations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Concise written and verbal skills with ability to communicate effectively across different functions of the organization
- Strong project and time management skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
