Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the staffing process, ensuring that we properly align clients and caregivers. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach. The Staffing Coordinator will collaborate with various departments and interface with clients, caregivers and contract partners on a daily basis.
Duties:
- Matching client requests to caregiver skills and availability
- Assisting caregivers with scheduling and time keeping
- Managing caseload
- Maintaining compliance with contract partners
- Data entry
- Busy phones
Experience
- Proven experience in staffing is preferred.
- Experience with HHAeXchange or similar systems is a plus.
- Ability to multi task - busy phones and data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with all callers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred
