We are seeking a driven and dynamic leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing Home Health/Nurse Registry organization serving Sarasota and Ft. Myers , and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, AHCA regulations, and partner requirements.
- Manage client and caregiver records, ensuring accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
- Lead and mentor a team of in-house support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Recruit and retain top-quality caregivers to meet client needs.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for communication, reporting, and data management.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development and growing service lines in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of HIPAA and AHCA regulations is highly desirable.
