- Schedule: PT Monday through Friday (Flexible hours)
- Location: 718 S. State Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411-1749
- Compensation: $35 - $40/hourly

- Conducts regular reviews of healthcare services to ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
- Ensures healthcare services meet local, state, and federal requirements.
- Analyzes data related to member care outcomes, satisfaction, compliance, and performance.
- Identifies trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for quality enhancement.
- Maintains records of audits, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to enhance care, reduce incidents/errors, and improve efficiency.
- Develops and monitors corrective and preventive actions.
- Provides training to healthcare staff on quality assurance processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.
- May develop and implement audit strategies and respond to external auditor requests.
- Monitors and reports safety incidents, near-misses, and adverse events.
- Participates in root cause analyzes and recommends corrective actions.
- Identifies strategies to address complaints and enhance member satisfaction.
- Prepares reports to communicate quality activity outcomes.
- Participates in projects and duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
- Current and valid PA Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in home care, quality assurance nursing, or clinical training is a plus.
