CareGivers is a home health agency with 12 locations in Upstate NY and Western PA. Our team is dynamic, innovative, compassionate, and growing. We currently have a job opening for a part time Payroll/Billing Coordinator in our Utica NY licensed home care agency.

Job Opening: Payroll/Billing Coordinator
Branch: Utica NY
Status: Part Time, 25 Hours/Week – Monday and Tuesday (8:00am to 4:30pm), flexible scheduling for remainder of hours (weekday daytime)
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 / hr
Work with a great team in a fast-paced home care office! The Payroll/Billing Coordinator is responsible for processing payroll information and assuring timely and accurate payment to employees and billing to clients.
Duties include: (1)communicating with employees and clients to answer payroll and billing questions; (2) participating in corrections/adjustments in the computer system or informing the Corporate Office; (3) verifying that the desired corrections or adjustments have been processed and takes appropriate action if they have not; (4) office/clerical tasks; (5) other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
Opportunities for advancement depending on aptitude.
We’re Looking For:
– An excellent multi-tasker who is organized & dependable, with top-notch problem solving and communication skills.
– Must have a functional knowledge of office equipment like computers/copier/scanner/fax
– A team player who takes pride in a job well done.
– Payroll or home care/health care experience strongly preferred.
– Must be 18 or older, high school diploma or equivalent required.
