We have an outstanding opportunity for a VP of Infrastructure & Security to oversee the strategic planning, development, and management of the company’s IT infrastructure and Security. This role ensures scalability, security, and operational efficiency while supporting business growth.

The IT team at Careismatic Brands is responsible for managing the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and operational efficiency to support business growth and innovation.

The Vice President of Infrastructure & Security will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of the company’s IT infrastructure and security systems. This role will report directly to the Chief Information Officer.

This is a full-time role based in our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Salary Range: $180,000-$200,00

What Your Day Looks Like

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute the overall infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to infrastructure teams, ensuring alignment with IT and corporate objectives.
• Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of core IT systems, networks, and platforms.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and tested.
• Team Development:
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of IT professionals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Budgeting and Vendor Management:
• Manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers.
• Security and Compliance:
• Ensure infrastructure systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement robust security protocols and practices.
• Innovation:
• Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance business operations.
• Drive initiatives for automation and optimization of IT processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven and hands on expertise in managing complex IT environments, including cloud platforms, networks, and data centers.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and other infrastructure frameworks.
• Proven and hands on expertise in setting up and management of Infrastructure Security.
• Expertise in development of enterprise security policies and training.
• Proven ability to manage global teams and operations including offshore teams.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
