What We're Looking For:
- A compassionate and caring nature
- Reliability and professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfort with managing varying client schedules
- Tech-savvy
Qualifications:
- At least six (6) months of caregiving experience or relevant educational background (CNA, HHA, MA, etc.)
- Ability to communicate in English (bilingual is a plus)
- COVID vaccination status disclosure
- Completion of required training and vetting
- Medical documentation (physicals, TB tests) as required by state regulations
Your Role as a CareLinx Caregiver: You’ll provide essential companionship and assist with daily activities, including:
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Running errands and transportation
- Exercise and walking support
- Medication reminders
- Bathing, grooming, and light housekeeping
- Accurately documenting care tasks and reporting through the CareLinx app
- Collaborating with care advisors to ensure the best care is delivered
