At CareMax we carefully assess and meticulously screen our caregivers / home care aides in order to maintain the quality of care and professionalism that CareMax Senior Solutions provide. We carefully match our caregivers / home care aides with our clients based on the specialized care plan and the caregiving that the client needs.
When hiring a caregiver / home care aides, they must have the following items below before meeting with a client,
pass a TB test screening and provide a clearance
pass a background check and provide a DOJ Live Scan clearance
provide a valid CA Driver’s License and current automobile insurance
must be a registered Home Care Aide
taken a comprehensive Caregiver Training (Initial and On-Going)
provide other specialized training and certifications if any
a pleasing personality and great social-skills
