Position Overview:
The Executive Director of CareMax Senior Solutions will oversee all aspects of the organization’s operations, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence. This full-time, salaried position combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, focusing on staff development, marketing, event coordination, and business development. The Executive Director will also provide financial oversight, ensure organizational sustainability, and lead the organization to achieve its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve CareMax’s short- and long-term goals.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Sales Growth and Marketing
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with current clients.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote CareMax’s services.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and public forums to increase brand visibility.
Operations Oversight
- Ensure operational efficiency through effective process management and collaboration with leadership teams.
- Manage day-to-day operations to maintain the highest standards of service and client care.
Staff Development and Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to meet organizational objectives.
- Facilitate ongoing staff training and professional development programs.
- Oversee performance evaluations and establish clear goals for staff members.
Event Coordination

Our Caregivers
At CareMax we carefully assess and meticulously screen our caregivers/home care aides in order to maintain the quality of care and professionalism that CareMax Senior Solutions provide. We carefully match our caregivers/home care aides with our clients based on the specialized care plan and the caregiving that the client needs.
When hiring a caregiver/home care aides, they must have the following items below before meeting with a client,
pass a TB test screening and provide a clearance
pass a background check and provide a DOJ Live Scan clearance
provide a valid CA Driver’s License and current automobile insurance
must be a registered Home Care Aide
taken a comprehensive Caregiver Training (Initial and On-Going)
provide other specialized training and certifications if any
a pleasing personality and great social-skills
