Job Description:
CareMN Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to assist a long-term client in Lindstrom, MN. This position focuses on providing support with cooking, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable home environment. The client’s needs are expected to increase over time, offering the opportunity for a growing and rewarding caregiving relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals according to the client’s preferences and dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and tidying up common areas.
- Build a trusting relationship with the client through companionship and support.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to CareMN Home Care.
- Adhere to all CareMN Home Care policies and procedures.
Schedule:
- 4-hour shifts, 3 days per week (flexible scheduling options available).
Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving, homemaking, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to cook and follow basic dietary instructions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home.
- A caring, patient, and respectful demeanor.
