*Overview* We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a strong commitment to providing personalized care while adhering to all health regulations and standards. *Responsibilities* - Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring any changes in health status are communicated promptly. - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. - Help clients with mobility and transportation needs, including assistance with walking or using mobility aids. - Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. - Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. - Support clients with developmental disabilities by implementing individualized care strategies. - Assist in hospice care situations, providing compassionate support to clients and their families during challenging times. - Document all care provided accurately in compliance with company policies and procedures. *Experience* - Previous experience in caregiving or home health aide roles is preferred but not required. - Familiarity with long-term care systems and practices is advantageous. - Knowledge of CPR techniques and first aid is beneficial. - Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is a plus. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential for success in this role.
