This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner working with the PACE program. The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of benefits to help people meet their health care needs in the community. This Nurse practitioner with play a vital role in the care of geriatric patients.

- Monday to Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm EST Requirements :
- MSN degree.
- California Nurse Practitioner License.
- Experience working with the elderly.
- Prior experience supervising nurses preferred.
