Description -Adult Medicine provider managing acute and chronic conditions -Refer participants to other in-house providers, including behavioral health -Review and manage imaging and lab results
- Prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions
- Document visits in the electronic medical record
- Possible SNF and home visits
Hours -Monday through Friday -Full time
Location San Diego, California
Requirements
2 years NP experience, post completion of clinical training
Board certification
Preferred
Employment experience in a community health center Leadership experience a plus!
