Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Needed
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team in New Braunfels, TX. As an integral part of our physician-led healthcare organization, you will collaborate with our medical team to deliver high-quality primary care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, including physical exams, history taking, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in EPIC EMR system.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in shared light call rotation as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
- Valid, unrestricted Texas license (or willing to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 DOE.
- Sign-On Bonus/Relocation: Negotiable.
