The IT Client Implementation Specialist at Carenet is responsible for leading the set-up and delivery for all client implementations for Carenet’s products and services for both new and existing features. The IT Client Implementation Specialist works closely to collaborate with internal cross functional IT teams, Operations, Client services, and clients to gather implementation client requirements, scope, provide recommendations, ensure successful configuration of systems, while delivering a quality implementation experience through user acceptance. As a specialist within the IT Implementation team, the IT Implementation Specialist should be familiar with call center telephony software, CRMs, and/or SaaS applications, configuration concepts, and possess strong organizational, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client implementations and/or change requests for Carenet services, for Telehealth, Engagement, Patient Service Center, Advocacy, Concierge Services, Digital Outreach, Online Scheduling, and future services as they are developed.
  • Coordinate with appropriate SMEs and clients to gather requirements, track project progress, and manage implementation timelines.
  • Customize the implementation approach to align with client needs, demonstrate expertise in Carenet’s systems and configuration options to proactively optimize the client set up using best practices to ensure client specific configurations accuracy and with a timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain implementation plans, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication of project status by managing and prioritizing tasks.
  • Consult, Coordinate and Manage tracking of IT team tasks by holding meetings for implementation projects, and submitting IT tickets to other internal teams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Support internal training, sharing knowledge on platform features/capabilities, configuration recommendations, reporting tools, and/or lead demonstrations for new client configurations and program launches.
  • Track client configurations, document requirements, and utilize Carenet’s ticketing system to accurately record billable hours, according to what was agreed upon in the SOW (scope, estimate, hours).
  • Communicate and escalate appropriately regarding blockers and change requests impacting committed timelines that cannot be solved independently.
  • Represent yourself as a department SME in company’s services, processes, and implementation options.
  • Manage and/or coordinate account setup and integration (if applicable), ensuring full functionality and compatibility with client systems.
  • Manage or assist with assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting team goals and client needs ensuring the success of the implementation process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Proven Experience (3 years) in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or technical related discipline) and/or healthcare call center operations, with a focus on implementation and client delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of call center systems or SaaS application experience, processes, and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of implementation and configuration techniques related to telephony systems, CRM’s, EMR’s or EHR’s.
  • Strong management skills, with experience in developing and executing project plans, managing risks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of successfully resolving complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working conditions: This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, photocopiers, and fax machines. Team Member will be typically exposed to office noises and interruptions such as printers, phones, and callers.

Physical Demand: This is a largely sedent ary position which requires Team Member to remain stationary for the majority of the workday. The Team Member will need to occasionally move about inside an office setting to access office machinery. The Team Member will constantly use good manual dexterity with repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers.
