Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
- Coordinate care with other team members and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Key Requirements:
- ~2 years of LVN experience in home health preferred
- ~ Valid LVN license in California
- ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- ~ Experience with Kinnser (WellSky) EMR or Allscripts preferred
- ~ Current driver's license and valid auto insurance
- ~ BLS/CPR certification
