Weekend Scheduling Coordinator-Remote Position

Job Description Weekend Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler CareOne Senior Care is an AWARD winning Agency currently leading Southeast Michigan with high quality home care services. We are seeking a part time Weekend Staffing Coordinator for our Novi Office. The right candidate must be energetic and able to stay positive in a stressful situations. You must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. You must be a problem solver that can think outside of the box and implement solutions quickly. As a Weekend Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler you are responsible to: Answer all incoming Calls From Friday at 5 p.m. – Monday at 8 a.m. Handle any scheduling changes/conflicts/ Client Emergencies that occur over the weekend Work collaboratively with the Staffing Coordinator. Ensure schedules are completed in such a way as to retain all clients, hours, caregivers and to eliminate overtime. Maintain accurate records of weekend activity and report to Appropriate Office staff for follow up Able to provide outstanding customer service to both clients and caregivers. Coordinate and Maintain staffing and communication for all weekend shifts. Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and caregivers. Successfully Process Service Inquiry calls from potential clients/callers Job Requirements: Must be able to handle fast paced work environment. Scheduling Experience Required (ClearCare experience preferred) Compassionate, dependable and patient Communicate with Clients in a friendly and respectful manner Pass a complete background Check, DMV Record Check Must have reliable transportation and Valid Driver's License, Must have Current Car Insurance and Registration Willingness and ability to learn new skills Must have Cell Phone with excellent service coverage. Must be proficient with General Office Responsibilities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Email communication. Must have 1 year of caregiving experience in a Home Care environment. Experience with scheduling required Knowledge of ClearCare Scheduling System preferred
