- Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with the nursing process
- Coordinate shift activities and oversee the nursing process for residents assigned to your care
- Direct day-to-day functions of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from a credentialed school of nursing
