- Care for clinically complex patients in their homes, expanding your clinical skills and expertise
- Perform 5-6 visits per day in a small geographical territory, focusing on one-on-one care with each patient
- Deliver skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
- Conduct client assessments, provide education to patients and/or their families, and monitor patients' conditions
Qualifications
To qualify as a BAYADA nurse, you must:
- Hold a current NJ nursing license in good standing
- Have at least one year of clinical experience, although previous home healthcare experience is not required
