Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MDS Coordinator located in East Brunswick, NJ. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
RN or LPN
- Experience in MDS, PDPM, and developing Care Plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
