Job Summary
The Vendor Relationship Specialist serves as a liaison between CareOregon and the vendors contracted to provide services on behalf of CareOregon or any of its lines of business. In coordination with the CareOregon contracting departments (Procurement, Provider, and Legal Affairs), this position helps ascertain program needs, negotiates scopes of work, collaborates with contracting departments for contract development, and maintains vendor contracts for assigned department(s). Responsibilities include building effective relationships with vendors and internal departments with attention to ongoing service needs, monitoring vendor performance, helping to ensure quality control and compliance, and recommending improved vendor and contract-related administrative processes.
Essential Responsibilities
Acts as the primary program liaison with vendor for services.
