Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager Inpatient Rehab Hosp to join our team. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage rehabilitative care to achieve optimum outcomes
- Provide, coordinate, and direct care specific to the needs of each rehabilitation patient
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation program director and facility case management director
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of North Carolina
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
