Overview :
The Senior will be responsible for recording journal entries and month end close accounting functions for various accounts. Position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Perform and review month end reconciliation on various accounts.
- Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Utilize accounting software and tolls effectively to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Work closely with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives.
- Participate in the research and reporting process for month end close in expense review.
- Provide support for management inquiries and Audit requests as they arise.
- Position open to growth as process improvement through acquisition consolidation.
- Prepare Ad hoc reporting as required.
- Cross train on other accounts for backup as needed.
