Clinical Supervisor for CFTSS
Salary: $125-$150/hr P/T Location: Remote, must be licensed in NY State
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The role of a CFTSS Clinical Supervisor's job is to provide professional clinical supervision to the clinicians and (DSS) supervisors assigned to them. Their responsibilities include providing weekly or bi-weekly supervision and signing off and reviewing both clinical notes and Treatment plans of their supervisees.
- Review all clinical notes both clinical and treatment plans.
- Sign off on all clinical notes and treatment plans.
- Provide supervision on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- Attend bi-weekly clinical staff meetings.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- LCSW or similar required, experience with supervision preferred. This is a paperwork-heavy position and will require 15 to 30 minutes of documentation per hour of supervision.
- Must be licensed in New York State.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.
