Summary

C.A.R.E.S. is looking for an experienced Fiscal Director to oversee all aspects of financial management. The successful candidate will direct all financial activities for C.A.R.E.S. Inc, a growing, for-profit provider of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. This position reports directly to the CEO and President.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing all accounting operations including billing, A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger and cost and inventory control; preparing and managing budgets; establishing documented processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls. This position is integral in the leadership and fiscal health of the organization. You will have the benefit of working with leadership in building your team to best support the Mission and Vision of C.A.R.E.S.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of financial experience, preferably within the human services field, experience with PROMISe billing, proficient use of MS Excel and Quickbooks, excellent verbal and written skills, the ability to solve problems and think critically, and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
