Skill Set and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile)
- Technical Knowledge and Experience: Familiarity with automotive industry (design/ manufacturing/benchmarking).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Japanese; strong presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Professional communication with customers; ability to build long-term relationships.
- Customer Interaction: Ability to present to groups, facilitate workshops, and translate complex technical info into customer-friendly terms.
- Positive objective-oriented attitude and can work well in demanding and challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Demos and Training: Prepare and deliver custom, on-demand product demonstrations and solutions for customers. Run effective presentations, meetings, and workshops for clients. Develop and provide tailored training sessions for customers.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
- Customer Support: Offer timely technical support and problem resolution for customer queries;
- Marketing Support: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events and support in lead generation and customer acquisition
- Account Management and Sales Support:
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to provide technical expertise during customer pitches and close deals.
- Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address customer concerns to maintain long-term partnerships and reduce churn
- Upsell Opportunities: Spot potential for additional products or services to enhance customer value and account growth.
- Highlight product benefits through demos and presentations tailored to customer pain points
- Teamwork:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Development teams.
- Liaise with local and global technical experts, Sales, and Account Management team
- Share customer insights with Sales and Product teams to refine offerings and boost market appeal.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
