Duties:
The Onboarding professional will be responsible for the onboarding of new accounts into client’s Private Investors and USWA (US Wealth Advisory) channels.
This requires reviewing new accounts for client information, management and restriction data, and billing details.
Accounts must be accurately processed and released for trading within a designated timeframe.
The role also includes ongoing maintenance of the existing accounts to reflect client or account level changes.
It also includes reviewing and approving client contracts for PI management.
Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Aladdin, Fiserv APL (InvestCloud) experience is a plus.
General knowledge of financial markets, investment classes and business operations is required
Excellent research and analytical skills preferred
Detail oriented & Team Player
Ability to multi task
Must be able to work overtime when required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
