Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual EVV Specialist to join our team! Fluency in Spanish is required for this role, as you will be working closely with a diverse team and supporting Spanish-speaking employees.
This is an on-site position, where you will play a critical role in overseeing employee attendance and providing support to ensure accurate clock-ins and clock-outs. If you have a strong eye for detail, a knack for time management, and are passionate about maintaining accuracy in attendance records, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Attendance: Track employee attendance in real-time using our EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) system, ensuring compliance with clock-in and clock-out protocols.
- Provide Clocking Assistance: Assist employees with clocking in and out to ensure all visits are properly recorded and compliant.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Address any clocking issues or discrepancies, providing clear instructions to employees as needed.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain and update attendance records accurately and report any irregularities to management.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with staff regarding attendance requirements and policies.
Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday - Friday 7:30-3:30
- Communication: Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is a must.
- Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to accurately track and monitor employee attendance.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying and resolving clocking and attendance issues quickly.
- Experience: Prior experience in an office, HR, or administrative support role is preferred, especially within healthcare or a similar field.
