Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts and providing effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws, including FMLA regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
- Manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance employer branding and attract talent.
- Assist in succession planning by identifying potential leaders within the organization.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and FMLA guidelines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred but not required.
